Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipping and handling fees will be paid for by the buyer and will be selected and added to your purchase during checkout.
Once your order is placed and has been assembled and packaged, you will receive a tracking number when your product is shipped. If you have not received your tracking number or have any questions about the status of your order, please send an email to shattered.concept@gmail.com with your order number, full name, model name, and color of your product.
Shattered Concepts is not liable if your order gets stolen, damaged or lost in transit by the carrier. If this occurs, file a claim with the carrier for possible resolution.
