Return Policy

At Shattered Concepts we pride ourselves on our functionality and quality. All products are thoroughly inspected for quality and functionality and sold as brand new. If you receive a blemished product out of box andwas not marked as “blemished” on the product listing, we will gladly accept a return or exchange on your product.

 

All sales are final on products marked as blemished in the product listing and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. These products must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:

 

Must have original case and accessories (including but not limited to extra hardware, authenticity card, and the product itself).

 

Product must be new and in unused condition. This means the product must not have any damage, have not been disassembled and/or tuned or replaced hardware, etc.

 

If the product does not meet the above requirements, your return will be not accepted.

 

If the return or warranty is received and is not the same item, in the condition as shown or described, Shattered Concepts will not accept the return. The customer will pay for the shipping to return the product back to them.

 

Shattered Concepts is not liable if your return was lost, stolen, damaged or gone missing in transit by the carrier. The customer assumes all risks when shipping their returns or warranties. If your return is accepted, a return document will be sent via email. You are to complete and print this form and include it with your return or warranty inside the return package. If this form is not filled out, incomplete, or not included in the return, Shattered Concepts will not accept the return or warranty.
