The profesionalism aspect includes your content as well as your ability to communicate and handle situations. We are all here to have fun, but theres a time and place to have fun and when to be serious and professional. Shattered Concepts has more of a “quality over quantity” view. No one is perfect, but quality is far more important than pushing out clips. Make sure they look professional and good quality. The other aspect of profesionalism is maturity. The ability to handle any and all situations in a professional and mature way is a must. This includes the team environment, we are a team, we do not start problems with one another or anyone outside of our team.

Quality and Aesthetics, Shattered Concepts has a very specific kind of image that must be met. This means that the quality of videos, in form of production, and even just video quality in general must be good. 1080p with minimum 30fps is a must for quality. Shattered Concepts understands not everyone has crazy film equipment and the experience with film to make masterpieces. We are all learning and improving and thats part of what this is all about. Provide your best effort and use your surroundings to come up with eye catching scenes for flipping including outdoor scenery, lighting, weather, an when indoor focus in cleanliness and lighting. Learn basic video editing skills to add appealing color correcting and grading to clips. If yours posts are constantly in almost pitch black rooms and bedrooms in general it will likely be ignored, if you must flip indoors please ensure that the room looks aesthetically pleasing and use good lighting. Use Shattered Concepts, and Henosheim (on instgram) and JustOlBap (on reddit) clips to reference aesthetics. For both indoor and outdoor clips.
